Cancellation Policy

This will be on a guest by guest basis as I know emergencies do happen. I require 48 business hour notice to cancel or reschedule a reserved appointment. All hair extension/topper appointments require 72 business hour notice of cancellation or reschedule to your existing appointment. This results in a 100% cancellation fee of booked service. No call/no show will result in a 100% cancellation fee of booked service. Thank you for understanding.
